  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce (canned)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Stand them upright in the baking dish.
