  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, core, and chop the apples into small chunks.
  2. In a large pot, combine chopped apples and water over medium heat; cook until soft (about 15 minutes), stirring occasionally.
