  • 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until just combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Spread half over the meat mixture in the loaf pan.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf if needed and bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with sides of your choice.
