Description

Chicken Avocado Banch Burritos are a flavorful blend of tender chicken and creamy avocado, wrapped in warm tortillas. Perfect for a quick meal or a crowd-pleasing dish!


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • Salsa to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Let cool and slice.
  3. Dice avocados and prepare any additional toppings.
  4. On each tortilla, layer sliced chicken, avocado, cheese, and salsa. Roll tightly to form burritos.
  5. Optionally, heat assembled burritos in the skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy.
