- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- Salsa to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Let cool and slice.
- Dice avocados and prepare any additional toppings.
- On each tortilla, layer sliced chicken, avocado, cheese, and salsa. Roll tightly to form burritos.
- Optionally, heat assembled burritos in the skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy.
