Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), basting with remaining marinade halfway through.
  5. Let rest before slicing and serve with your choice of sides.
