- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), basting with remaining marinade halfway through.
- Let rest before slicing and serve with your choice of sides.
