Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thoroughly rinse and dry the chickpeas.
- In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, paprika, and pepper until well-coated.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through for even crisping.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
