  • 2 tbsp refined coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and thinly slice the bananas into rounds about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Toss banana slices in a bowl with lemon juice to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle salt (and cinnamon, if using) over the banana slices and mix well.
  5. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets without overlapping.
  6. Bake for 2-3 hours, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crunchy.
  7. Allow chips to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
