  • vegetable oil for frying
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, and spices to create the coating mixture.
  3. Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture until well-coated.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
