  • 14 oz firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Olive oil spray (for misting)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu for 15-20 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Toss the cubed tofu in this mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle cornstarch over the seasoned tofu and toss until lightly coated.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the tofu cubes in a single layer in the basket and mist with olive oil spray.
  6. Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
