Ingredients

  • Pasta (spaghetti or penne)
  • Boursin cheese (garlic & fine herbs)
  • Fresh garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh spinach or peas
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add fresh spinach or peas to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in the Boursin cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the pan with the cheesy mixture, adding reserved pasta water for desired creaminess.
  6. Serve hot, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
