- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add fresh spinach or peas to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Lower the heat and stir in the Boursin cheese until melted and combined.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the pan with the cheesy mixture, adding reserved pasta water for desired creaminess.
