- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 16 oz store-bought gnocchi
- 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
