Description

Ingredients

  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Brown Sugar
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Baking Powder
  • Eggs
  • Melted Butter
  • Whole Milk
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon Sugar Mixture

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, both sugars, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold wet ingredients into dry mixture until just combined; avoid over-mixing.
  5. Scoop the dough into the muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before rolling in melted butter and coating with cinnamon-sugar.
