Description

Cheesy Mashed Potato Muffins are a delightful twist on comfort food, combining fluffy mashed potatoes with gooey cheese for a perfect side dish or snack.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.

  3. Stir in green onions, salt, pepper, and baking powder until evenly distributed.
