Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta is a creamy, flavor-packed dish that pairs succulent shrimp and tender steak with al dente fettuccine for a delightful dining experience.


Ingredients

  • Fettuccine pasta
  • Large shrimp
  • Sirloin or ribeye steak
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Heavy cream
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic
  • Unsalted butter
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping parsley and gathering all items.
  2. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic, then sauté shrimp seasoned with Cajun spice until pink (about 3–4 minutes).
  4. Slice cooked steak into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
  5. Pour in heavy cream while stirring, adding Parmesan cheese gradually until melted.
  6. Toss the fettuccine into the skillet with reserved pasta water if needed, mixing until coated in sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
