- 1 cup canned black beans (rinsed)
- 1 ripe avocado (diced)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and dry the sweet potatoes; prick them several times with a fork.
- Bake the sweet potatoes on the prepared sheet for 45-60 minutes until tender.
