Ingredients
- 2 racks pork ribs (baby back or spare)
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar (for sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-low heat (225°F/107°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of each rib rack.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over both sides of the ribs.
- Place the seasoned ribs on the grill bone-side down and cook undisturbed for about 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, brush barbecue sauce generously over both sides of the ribs and let them cook for an additional hour.
