- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded

- 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion until translucent (3-5 minutes), then add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned (7-10 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in salt, pepper, paprika, and crushed tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in uncooked rice and add water or broth as needed. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes until rice is tender.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop filling into cabbage leaves and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in a baking dish.
